Get ready for the riots

Latest state poll numbers.

Colorado:
Obama 49, McCain 44, Undecided 4
Florida: Obama 47, McCain 45, Undecided 7
Nevada: Obama 47, McCain 43, Undecided 8
Pennsylvania: Obama 47, McCain 43, Undecided 9
Virginia: Obama 47, McCain 44, Undecided 9
Ohio: McCain 47, Obama 45, Undecided 6
Missouri: McCain 47, Obama 46, Undecided 5
North Carolina: McCain 49, Obama 46, Undecided 5

As always, take these polls with a whole lot of grains of salt.

Can the media please, pretty please with cherry on top STFU with the race factor? Every time there is a poll, the same bullshit is uttered. Undecided people are reluctant to vote for a black man. BULLSHIT. Undecided people are reluctant to vote for a communist who happens to be black but they are so afraid of being labaled a racist, they tell people they're undecided. If you recall, 52% of people didn't vote for John Kerry. Were they all racists too? And what about the 95% of blacks who will vote against the white guy? Are they racist?

Having lived in Nevada for 5 years I just don't buy Nevada going blue this time. Las Vegas is a Democrat town, heavily unionized. But it not an Obama kind of Democrat. Las Vegas has a big military presence that nobody ever mentions. Nellis Air Foce base is huge and has a lot of people. UNLV is a big university, but its made up primarily of local students who would have voted the same whether in college or not. It's not like Ohio State or UVA where there are thousands of kids from out of state who will vote in-state to make a difference. Las Vegas is a fairly patriotic town. Lots of flags displayed in doorways, etc. Also lots of retirees.

Pretty much everyone in LV is from somewhere else having moved to Las Vegas in search of opportunity from places like Ohio, Michigan, Indiana where their towns were dying or little opportunity existed. That mentality isn't conducive to the 'spread the wealth around'. Their ex-neighbors that stayed are waiting for the govt to solve their problems. The ones that moved in search of a better life, are most likely not buying Obama's pitch.

Only questions now are:

1. How many times does Mickey Mouse vote for Obama in FL?
2. How many of the 200K newly registered ACORN voters vote in Ohio
2a. How many times do each of the voters from #2 vote?
3. Obama gets 100% of the dead vote as every Democrat does. Question remains how high the dead turn out to vote this year.

If Mickey, ACORN and the dead show up in large numbers, Obama wins. If we have a fair election - year right - McCain wins. Either way, if you live in a state that matters, don't listen to the polls and get your ass out to the voting booth. That is unless you are an Obama voter in which case don't worry about it, someone from ACORN will take care of it for you. Really.
