How would Mr. Hope and Change handle it

Top 3 news stories on Google News...

Reading stuff like this makes me think, WWBD (What would Barack do?). And sadly I think his answer would involve the words hope and change. But you see, hope and change don't work when you're dealing with crazy people burning embassies or Turkey invading Iraq. I hate to say this and I realize that I'm flopping faster than a Romney/Kerry flip-flop-off, but the only person I would feel comfortable with in charge is McCain. As much of a liberal prick as he is, I think he'd deal with things like this the "right" way. Whatever that means.

Damn it,this election season is turning into Paradise Hotel for me. Every night, a different candidate.

I don't think there's anything wrong with changing your views. And, regardless of what you think, McCain has experience and in many ways he's less polarizing than both challengers.

Something about having an older person in office just puts me more at ease. I can't explain it. I would definitely be more worried appointing someone we know nothing about, than having someone we know everything about.

As a McCain supporter, I applaud your post.

However, playing Devil's Advocate, I must say that my camp has picked General Wesley Clark as Obama's most likely running mate, and in that case, you could rest assured that he would be getting the guidance he needed.

Wait until he proposes another amnesty bill then see how you feel.

2 liberal military guys on the same ticket makes no sense. He needs a conservative, and by that I mean a real conservative as his VP. Anything less and he's just preaching to his choir.

A woman or a black (or a black woman, did someone say Condi Rice) would be even better. I'd be all over that if she were running as #2.

John McCain has a nasty temper. Not a good quality for someone with the proverbial finger on the button.

Did the serb attack us embassy because of the role played by us in the 'indipendence' of kossovo game?
nahhhh ... too complicated ... better think they are just crazy people...
keep blaming all the others ... it's easier that way.

Although it will be difficult to counter such a cogent argument by an obvious scholar, I will try.

Attacking ANY embassy = crazy people. I think I blame YOU Captain Grammar.
