Obama to Constitution: Drop Dead

The Constitution was written by a bunch of racist old white men. So it makes sense that Mr.Hope and Change would ignore it by appointing Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State.

Article I, Section 6 says:
No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil office ... the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time."

The salary of the Secretary of State was raised while Hillary was a Senator. Therefore she cannot be appointed to that office. Crystal clear.

You'd think Mr. Obama - a former **CONSTITUTIONAL LAW** professor would know this.

No big deal you say. Just a technicality, nothing to get overly upset about right? Well OK. But what happens when Obama thinks the 2nd Amendment is just a technicality? Or the 1st? Or that whole you can't run for a 3rd term thing? Just technicalities on a document written a long time ago by racist men who don't understand the nuance of the 21st century.
