We are officially in 1984

Check out this headline from Yahoo News:

Come again? Fiscal restraint through big spending. We have officially taken on NewSpeak as the official language of the USA. If you don't know what I'm talking about, go to amazon.com and order '1984'.

Obama has also promised to create a Department of Peace. I had forgotten about that, but in 1984 there was a Ministry of Peace as well. It was actually the ministry responsible for war. The Ministry of Plenty rationed food. The Ministry of Truth was in charge of censorship and propaganda.

And in Obama's America, we have the Ministry of Fiscal Constraint, which is charge of big spending. In Obama's America, Minisry of Change change is in charge of appointing ex-Clinton cabinet members. In Obama's America, Ministry of Tax Cuts is in charge if implementing tax increases.
