I didn't think presidents "ruled" anyone. I was under the apparently false impression that presidents are elected to lead. This Obamabot supporter thinks otherwise, or so she told Tom Brokaw. But then again, I also forgot that we are in a new paradigm of hope and change.
Do rulers allow elections in which they can be tossed from office? Why no, I don't believe they do.
